A Safe Space to Feel, Heal, and Be Heard
Virtual Therapy for Adults in North Carolina
Trauma-informed therapy to help you feel more grounded, connected, and fully yourself
Do you find it hard to love or accept certain parts of yourself? Maybe you want to step outside your comfort zone, but the fear of rejection or not being “enough” holds you back. Or perhaps you feel stuck in relationship patterns that leave you confused or unfulfilled. How we relate to ourselves and others is often shaped by our environment and earlier life experiences—especially when our basic needs for love, connection, or safety weren’t fully met. I support adults who are navigating the effects of trauma, anxiety, low self-worth, and relationship challenges, to feel more connected, grounded, and less defined by their past.
Areas of speciality:
Self-worth
Social Anxiety
Grief
Relational trauma
Life transitions
Relationship challenges

Services
EMDR & Trauma Therapy
Trauma doesn’t always come from a single event. It can also come from repeated experiences of stress, instability, or emotional disconnection. I am trained in Somatic and Attachment-Based EMDR which can be effective in healing from trauma.
Grief and Loss
I work with grief in many forms. Sometimes grief is clear—like the loss of a loved one. But it can also look like the end of a relationship, the loss of a version of yourself, the life you expected to have, or a quiet sense that something important is missing. Grief can feel confusing, isolating, and hard to name at first. Together we will make space for it and hold it with care.
Anxiety, Self-worth, & Relationships
I use an attachment and trauma-based lens to I work with individuals experiencing anxiety and challenges related to self-worth, particularly as they impact relationships. When self-worth feels shaky, it can quietly shape how you show up with partners, friends, family, and even yourself. I create a a space to slow down, understand these patterns, and build a more grounded sense of confidence and connection—both internally and in your relationships.
